In an ideal world, we wouldn’t have distractions keeping us up at night, or end up hitting the snooze button repeatedly in the morning. But these days, with hectic work and family schedules and essentially unlimited hours of shows to stream, a good night’s sleep can be hard to come by.

.1. Wake up at the same time every day.
.2. Control your light exposure.
.3. Limit your alcohol intake.
.4. Skip the ‘pick-me-up’
.5. Have sex.
.6. Don’t eat within 3 hours of bedtime.
.7. Exercise in the morning.
.8. Decrease your screen time.

  1. To sleep better I am completing a minimum of 10.000 steps and sometimes more a day and I don’t go home in the evening if did not complete the minimum steps required per day. Adding to my IPhone the Pedometer++ application has motivated me in moving my body on regular basis. I feel energetic and happy!
